Villa Regale, Positano

Villa Regale is a splendid and luminous ancient house rich in elegant eighteenth-century decorations. It sleeps four people. From Villa Regale you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of Positano. Villa Regale is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, at a short distance from the center of Positano. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), shops at 300 meters (990 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Regale from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 70 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Regale. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved) or in a public parking lot (where a space can not be reserved).

The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of Positano and of the sea.

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is frescoed. The furnishings are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is frescoed. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. There is an age-old and impressive fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a window. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the kitchen. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is frescoed. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The floor is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The ceiling is frescoed. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is spacious, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
