Villa Pratile is an elegant two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps six people. From Villa Pratile you will enjoy a splendid view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Pratile is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from San Donato in Collina, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Pratile from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Pratile you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Pratile is along a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) unpaved road.
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 6.5 meter (21 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and refined, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a CD player with Ipod dock station. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
You will be able to access the mezzanine level from the living room climbing 15 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped. On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The mezzanine has an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
The ceiling of the second bedroom is sloped. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a small window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
