Villa Piperita, Ugento

Villa Piperita is a modern and graceful villa in the characteristic style of the Apulian countryside. It sleeps six people. From Villa Piperita you will have a view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Piperita is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historical center of Ugento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Torre San Giovanni beach) at 5 km (roughly 3 miles).

To stay at Villa Piperita you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 11 meters (36 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. It has a cervical hydromassage shower. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up a flight of stairs (approximately 20 steps). It is equipped with hammocks. From the terrace you will have a view of the swimming pool.

The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will have a view of the swimming pool.

The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

The third bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine.
