Villa Panfilo is a bright and sunny three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Panfilo you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. Villa Panfilo is 185 square meters (1990 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), the stop for SITA bus Sorrento - Massa Lubrense - Nerano line at 150 meters (490 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Villa Panfilo walking past a main entrance gate and going up a short route that cuts through the garden and includes approximately two stairway steps. Because of the street below, some traffic noise can be heard.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Panfilo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two long sofas and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through two double-glazed French doors. The room also has a double-glazed small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room climbing two steps.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
The ceiling of the third bedroom is sloped. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed roof window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
