Villa Marsica B is a welcoming apartment immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps three people. From Villa Marsica B you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Marsica B is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, two shared patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Miane, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Villa Marsica B is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it walking past a small entrance gate and without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Marsica B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
The complex is composed of 3 separate buildings sharing a garden, two patios and a swimming pool. It sleeps about 40 people in total.
Villa Marsica A is a wonderful independent house, Villa Marsica D is located in a separate building. Villa Marsica B, Villa Marsica C, Villa Marsica E and Villa Marsica F are part of a detached building, located next to the garden.
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going up approximately five stairway steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with masonry benches. You will share the pool area with guests staying at 5 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of September.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a countertop with flap, and can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the garden.
