Villa Incantata, San Marco di Castellabate

Villa Incantata is a charming villa. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Incantata you will enjoy a wonderful view of the whole arch-shaped Gulf of Salerno and of the sea. Villa Incantata is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private patio, a private garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from San Marco di Castellabate, 4 km (roughly 4400 yards) from restaurants, from shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles), shops at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Villa Incantata from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Incantata you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Villa Incantata is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road.

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach. You will reach it from the villa going down approximately 12 stairway steps. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The access to the sea is shared with non-resident guests.

The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and four deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the whole arch-shaped Gulf of Salerno and of the sea.

The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees and by characteristic fig trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and four deck chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the surrounding countryside.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the patio through an external access. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. From the kitchen two double-glazed French doors will take you to the patio and the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
