Villa Giovanna is a cheerful townhouse situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps six people. From Villa Giovanna you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. Villa Giovanna is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace with a view of the sea and a private garden.

You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Agnone Cilento, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 30 meters (approximately 100 feet). You will reach Villa Giovanna from the parking area along a short route that cuts through the garden.

For a succesful stay at Villa Giovanna we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

Villa Giovanna is a great place for those looking for relax and good time in one of the most beautiful areas of the Cilento National Park. The complex that hosts Villa Giovanna has two swimming pools, which the guests of Villa Giovanna can use free of charge.

The complex of which Villa Giovanna is part is called Marina Baia di Capitello. Marina Baia di Capitello has been especially built to host vacation houses: it has a large well-equipped green park and direct access to the sea. Marina Baia di Capitello lies in one of the most beautiful tracts of the Cilento coast. The sea is clean and transparent; the beach is partly sand and partly rocks.

If you are looking for the sun, the sea and the fun of the Cilento National Park then you will find that Villa Giovanna is the accommodation for you. The place is quiet yet lively. Kids and young adults will easily find friends to spend their time with, and the close-by village of Agnone has many pubs, restaurants and clubs. The area is well-known for its genuine local cuisine. 

From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Here you will also find a children's playground.

The swimming pool is 15 meters (50 feet) large by 43 meters (140 feet) long. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. It is filled with sea water. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of July until the end of August, from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 4.30 pm to 7 pm.

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 30 meters (98 feet) long. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. It is filled with sea water. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of July until the end of August, from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 4.30 pm to 7 pm.

The garden is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an external shower.

The living room is paved with original handmade majolica tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine. There is a table to seat six guests.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea through a French door.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
