Villa Giaggiolo A is located on the ground floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Giaggiolo A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The Villa Giaggiolo apartments are part of an ancient farmhouse located in the Tuscan Maremma and surrounded by about 6000 square meters of garden, fenced and lined with trees. The complex is composed of two buildings, divided in 5 independent apartments, four on the ground floor and one on the first floor, for a total of 32 sleeps.
 
Great home base for wine and food tasting tours, within 15 kilometers you will also find the crown of the sea islands of the Tuscan Maremma Natural Park, The River Park of Ombrone, numerous golf courses, the Etruscan sites of Roselle and Vetulonia, and the beautiful Maremma, with its hills and pine forests.
 
The complex is part of a farm and the owners will be happy to share with you their ancients works if you wish, such as tilling, sowing, harvesting and much more.
 
A limited number of free bikes are available on site for guests to use.
 

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a gazebo and by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.

The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
