Villa Fulvia, Praiano

Villa Fulvia is a characteristic and welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Fulvia you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. Villa Fulvia is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 100 meters (330 feet) from Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 700 meters (770 yards) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Fulvia from the street level going down a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fulvia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a metal roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a pleasant view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.

The ceiling of the living room is high and vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through a double-glazed French door.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
