Villa Empireo is a bright and elegant two-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Empireo you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea. Villa Empireo is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace, a private patio, a private garden and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Ischia, where you will find restaurants, shops and the tourist port. You will find the bus stop at 700 meters (770 yards) and the closest beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Empireo from the street level along a walkway that includes approximately 17 stairway steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Empireo we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Please note that access to Villa Empireo is along a narrow road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans. We recommend to bring a small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The terrace is 230 square meters (2475 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.

The patio is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and refined. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through two French doors. The room also has two double-glazed large panoramic arched windows with a nice view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). There is a table to seat four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the alleyway at the rear of the house. The room also has a window.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

The furnishings of the living room are elegant and refined. The furnishings include armchairs and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
