Villa Ebano is a charming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Ebano you will enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Ebano is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Todi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles). You will reach Villa Ebano from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Ebano you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 15 meters (50 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room has four windows.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has two windows with a view of the patio.
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the laundry room.
The verandah is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the first and second bedroom. Is equipped with two sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed, and you will find a television (local channels). From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The room also has two windows with a view of the greenery.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
