Villa Diaspro C is a bright and sunny one-story apartment located right on the Lake Maggiore. It sleeps four people. From Villa Diaspro C you will enjoy an incredible view of the lake Maggiore and of the mountains. Villa Diaspro C is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, direct access to the lake, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Meina, where you will find restaurants and shops.

Villa Diaspro C is located on the ground floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Diaspro C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Villa Diaspro is a villa that was completely renovated in 2006 and divided into 9 apartments. Seven apartments are in the villa itself while two others are slightly detached in a restored building that had once been the boat house.

At Villa Diaspro you'll find two spacious beaches, one with pebbles and gravel and one with lawn, a nice swimming pool and a dock where at least 6 boats of up to 7 meters each can be moored.

From the property you will have a direct access to the lake and to a gravel beach. You will reach it from the garden going down a walkway that includes approximately 13 stairway steps. The access to the lake is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and of the mountains. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

The terrace is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the lake and of the mountains. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake Maggiore. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the lake and of the mountains.

The living room is paved with elegant wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor through an access area.
