Villa delle Pigne B is located on the middle floor of an ancient villa. You will reach it from the garden going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Villa delle Pigne B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace through a French door. The room also has a small window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
