The terrace is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the lake and of the mountains.

The verandah is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the entrance hall. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a view of the lake and of the mountains and of the garden.
