Villa Cora, Paestum

Villa Cora is a welcoming one-story cottage situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Villa Cora you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa Cora is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a small private terrace, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Paestum, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 50 meters (165 feet). You will reach Villa Cora walking past a main entrance gate and along a 100-meters (330-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden.

To stay at Villa Cora you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a reserved parking space.

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa along a public route that cuts through the garden. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with chairs and an external shower. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the through an external access, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings.

The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.

The garden is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the garden and of the other buildings.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a wooden bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the other buildings.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has two windows with a view of the garden and of the other buildings.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
