Villa Clivia, Ossuccio

Villa Clivia is a splendid villa located right on the Como Lake. It sleeps six people. From Villa Clivia you will enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Clivia is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private Jacuzzi pool, direct access to the lake, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Ossuccio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant at 400 meters (440 yards) and the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet). You will reach Villa Clivia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa Clivia we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

From the property you will have a direct access to the lake through a pier. You will reach it from the garden going down an external stairway which consists of approximately six steps.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. The terrace is equipped with armchairs, as well as with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of Lake Como.

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It features an above-ground heated Jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The garden is partly shaded by characteristic trees and by tall cypresses. You will be able to reach it from the terrace going down 15 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a thrilling view of Lake Como.

The living room is paved with elegant wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas. There is a big fireplace made of stone and that is open both in the living room and in the kitchen. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. There is a big fireplace made of stone and that is open both in the living room and in the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The first bathroom is made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
