Villa Calipso B, Agropoli

Villa Calipso B is a pleasant and spacious apartment that covers the entire top floor of a villa situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Calipso B you will enjoy a fascinating view of the greenery and of the sea. Villa Calipso B is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Agropoli, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Trentova Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Villa Calipso B from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately 20 stairway steps.

To stay at Villa Calipso B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most two cars.

The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by retractable awnings and by a awning. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and three armchairs. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The two dining tables can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through three double-glazed French doors. The room also has two double-glazed windows overlooking the terrace.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
