Villa Calesse C is a characteristic and welcoming independent house surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps four people. From Villa Calesse C you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Calesse C is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Capri Leone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Calesse C from the parking area going down a short route that includes approximately 16 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Calesse C you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room also has two windows with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window with a view of the greenery.
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The mezzanine has a window with a view of the greenery.
