Villa Calatea is a characteristic three-story age-old farm house with strong character, which derives from it actually being restored from an old kiln. It sleeps 15 people. From Villa Calatea you will enjoy a splendid view of the Senesi hills and of the vineyards. Villa Calatea is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Sinalunga, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Calatea from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Calatea you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

You will reach the swimming pool from Villa Calatea along a walkway that cuts through the garden. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an incredible view of the Senesi hills and of the vineyards. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The first patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The second patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

You will be able to enter the first living room from the first kitchen through an arched opening. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the first patio. It is in a rustic style, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches).

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include two sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first and the second patio through two French doors.

You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the second living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a combo Jacuzzi bathtub with shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The third bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to enter the third living room from the corridor or from another independent entrance. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

You will be able to enter the sixth bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.75 meters (5.7 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony.

You will be able to enter the seventh bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.75 meters (5.7 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

The fourth bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the third living room.
