Villa Belladonna is a characteristic two-story age-old farm house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Belladonna you will have a splendid view of the Valdarno (Arno Valley). Villa Belladonna is 200 square meters (2150 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Pian di Scò, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Belladonna from the parking area going down a private walkway that cuts through a small country road.

To stay at Villa Belladonna you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Belladonna is along an 800-meter (half-a-mile) unpaved road, not suitable for large SUVs, motorhomes, caravans.

Villa Belladonna is part of an old farm located in a charming place and surrounded by natural beauty. It is located on the top of the Mount Pratomagno, surrounded by thick woods where you can find oaks, chestnut trees, beech trees and fir trees.

The farm is at about 550 meters (1800 feet) above the sea: this privileged location offers a beautiful view on the Valdarno valley.

Villa Belladonna is an independent villa, furnished with antique pieces that make the atmosphere charming. The villa has a private garden, on two levels, which has two gates and is fenced. Once outside this fence, by crossing a carriage way, you can reach another garden where you will find a pool and a barbeque that are for the exclusive use of its guests. This garden is also fenced. Not far from the villa it is possible to play tennis and go horse riding.

A cook is available upon request for making delicious Tuscan plates as well as for cooking classes (extra cost applies for the cook's services), and upon your arrival at the villa you will be greeted by a "welcome snack" based on local produce.

The main tourist destinations of the region, such as Florence, Siena, the Chianti area and other cities can be easily reached from the villa. 

You will reach the swimming pool from the villa going up a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that cuts across the country road and the second garden and includes approximately ten stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.8 meters (5.9 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. It is partly shaded by a perfumed wisteria pergola and by trees. From the swimming pool you will have a splendid view of the valley. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the valley.

The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. There is a big and age-old fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door.

The ceiling of the first bedroom is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terraccotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. The room has two windows overlooking the tree-lined road below.

The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

The third bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has two windows with a view of the Valdarno valley and of the garden.

The first bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
