Villa Adenia C is a welcoming three-story apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Adenia C you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Villa Adenia C is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features two panoramic private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Conca dei Marini, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the stop for SITA bus Amalfi - Agerola line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Capo di Conca beach) at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles) including 200 stairway steps.
Villa Adenia C is located on the top floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going down a 100-meters (330-feet) public route that includes approximately 175 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Adenia C. If you do have one, you will be able to park it downtown, for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the coastline.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include two sofas. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The room also has a arched window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a arched window.
The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a wood bench. The room has two arched windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid pink majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
