Villa Acacia is a welcoming two-story independent house located in the small village of Stibbio on the hills of San Miniato, a famous place for the truffle.

Villa Acacia is divided into 3 apartments: Villa Acacia A located on the ground floor, Villa Acacia B and C located on the first floor accessible through an internal staircase. Villa Acacia can host up to 10 people.

As guests of Villa Acacia you will be able to take part, on request and for a fee, in many activities such as: wine tasting tours, visit to nearby Medieval villages, cooking classes, helicopter tours, Vespa tours on the Tuscan hills.

The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-April until the end of October.

The garden is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will have a broad view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room going down two steps. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the swimming pool.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
