Casa Vasco D is a welcoming apartment. It sleeps four people. From Casa Vasco D you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance. Casa Vasco D is 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Agropoli, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away. You will reach Casa Vasco D from the parking area going up a 100-meters (330-feet) walkway that crosses the entrance pathway of the complex and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Vasco D you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved parking space.

The vacation complex that hosts Appartamento Vasco A, B, C, and D is a spacious resort with 57 apartments, outfitted with swimming pool, restaurant and bar. The resort complex is set in a garden where the peacefulness and lush outdoor spaces ensure you'll have a relaxing stay.

The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, two gazebos and external showers. From the swimming pool you will have a nice view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-June until mid-September.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea at a distance.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker and a small refrigerator with freezer. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a high window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
