Casa Teresa is a welcoming studio apartment. It sleeps two people. From Casa Teresa you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Teresa is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Massa Lubrense, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense - Sorrento line at 800 meters (2600 feet) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).
Casa Teresa is located on the bottom floor of a villa. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
For a succesful stay at Casa Teresa we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it in town, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Please note that access to Casa Teresa is along a narrow road. Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
At the side and above Casa Teresa there are two other apartments. Each of them has independent spaces.
The owner, a nice lady who is always glad to help to her guests and who is very much respectful of their privacy, lives upstairs.
Casa Teresa is reached through a narrow and ancient country road, approximately 800 meters (870 yards) long. This road was built centuries ago, when the only transportation was provided by one's own feet and perhaps a mule. The purpose of the road was to provide a short path among the fruit trees to reach the property. Hard to believe, the road has been left just the way it was, with its characteristic stone wall on the edges, except for the pavement that has been improved to let a very small car go through. While making the access to the property more difficult, this road also has assured that the area stay free of pollution and noise, and the air is fresh and clean like in few other places. Along this very same road the center of Massa Lubrense can be reached in ten minutes by foot.
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the patio. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
