Casa Saula, Costa Paradiso

Casa Saula is a characteristic and welcoming townhouse. It sleeps four people. From Casa Saula you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Casa Saula is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio and a shared garden.

You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the borough of Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Casa Saula from the parking area going up approximately six stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Saula you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The swimming pool is 15 meters (50 feet) large by 30 meters (98 feet) long. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-June until the end of September, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the parking lot.

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will have a view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
