Casa Rivella, Desenzano del Garda

Casa Rivella is an apartment located on the lake promenade of Lake Garda. It sleeps three people. From Casa Rivella you will have a nice view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Casa Rivella is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features winter heating.

You will be in the center of Desenzano del Garda, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the lake. You will find the beach at 100 meters (approximately 330 feet).

Casa Rivella is located on the first floor of a four story building. You will reach it walking past a main entrance gate and going up a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately ten stairway steps. An elevator is available.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Rivella. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 50 meters (165 feet), free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

You will be able to enter the living room from the corridor. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include two armchairs and a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the other buildings and a view on the inner yard.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a double-glazed window with a view of the driveway and of greenery.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
