Casa Melissa C is a characteristic and welcoming apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from Sannicola, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Casa Melissa C from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Melissa C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The swimming pool is 10 meters (33 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.2 meter (4 feet) to 2.6 meters (8.5 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the beginning of October.

The patio is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.

The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by imposing olive trees and by citrus trees. In the garden you will find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and a sun lounger.

The ceiling of the living room boasts a brick cross vault. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable , and include some hand-made pieces by local artisans. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. Here you will also find a washing machine. The kitchen has a small window.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
