Casa Mele, Costa Paradiso

Casa Mele is a characteristic and welcoming apartment. It sleeps two people. From Casa Mele you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. Casa Mele is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and a small private terrace.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the borough of Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles). You will reach Casa Mele from the parking area going up approximately 22 stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Mele you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

You will reach the swimming pool from Casa Mele going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. The pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will have a broad view of the greenery and, partially, of the sea. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-June until the end of September.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
