Casa Malvasia is a characteristic and welcoming four-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Casa Malvasia you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea. Casa Malvasia is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features panoramic private terraces, a shared garden and winter heating.

You will be roughly 4.5 km (2.8 miles) from Palinuro, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 800 meters (880 yards), shops at 100 meters (330 feet) and the beach at 350 meters (approximately 380 yards). You will reach Casa Malvasia from the parking area along a 20-meters (65-feet) private walkway that cuts through the garden and has no stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Malvasia you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

The garden is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and an external shower. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will have a broad view of the sea, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings. You will share the garden with guests staying at another nearby apartment.

The furnishings of the living room are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the garden.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has two windows which overlook the back of the house.

The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the greenery and of the other buildings.

The first bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The second terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the other buildings and of the sea.

The second bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window with a view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The third terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is equipped with chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings.
