Casa Lucilla, Positano

Casa Lucilla is a graceful apartment located in a picturesque neighborhood of Positano. It sleeps four people. From Casa Lucilla you will enjoy a gorgeous view of Positano and of the sea at a distance. Casa Lucilla is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a nice private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant, a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet) and the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 60 meters (200 feet). You will reach Casa Lucilla from the street level going up a short public walkway that cuts through a courtyard and includes approximately 50 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Lucilla. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of Positano and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window with a partial view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
