Casa Il Fico A, Praiano

Casa Il Fico A is a welcoming apartment which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Il Fico A you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Il Fico A is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the heart of Praiano, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 60 meters (200 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 600 meters (660 yards) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Casa Il Fico A from the street level going down a route that includes approximately three stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Il Fico A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid handmade mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a safe.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer.
