Casa Fraula, Costa Paradiso

Casa Fraula is a characteristic and welcoming townhouse situated on a promontory facing the sea. It sleeps four people. From Casa Fraula you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea. You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Costa Paradiso, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles). You will reach Casa Fraula from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

To stay at Casa Fraula you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The swimming pool has a sinuous shape and has a diameter of 4 meters (13 feet). The area is equipped with deck chairs. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the sea at a distance.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through a French door.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
