Casa Fifi, Modica

Casa Fifi is a characteristic and welcoming independent house. It sleeps six people. From Casa Fifi you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearby buildings and of the San Giorgio Cathedral. Casa Fifi is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the historic center of Modica, a few steps from restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the local bus at 300 meters (990 feet).

Casa Fifi is located on the top floor. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. The building has no elevator.

To stay at Casa Fifi you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the through an external access. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the nearby buildings and of the San Giorgio Cathedral.

The ceiling of the first living room is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second living room from the kitchen through a corridor. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony through a French door.

The bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter it from the corridor.
