Casa Dadina, Gaeta

Casa Dadina is a bright and sunny independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Dadina you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Casa Dadina is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden and air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed).

You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Gaeta, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at roughly 600 meters (660 yards). You will reach Casa Dadina walking past a main entrance gate and going up a stairway which consists of approximately 100 steps.

To stay at Casa Dadina you will need a car. You will be able to park it nearby, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one small car (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller). Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The above-ground swimming pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 7 meters (23 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

The terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers, a gazebo and hammocks. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea.

The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea.

The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window.

The kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two small windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other). The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the terrace. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

The parking space is suitable for one car.
