Casa Castore C is a cozy apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps four people. From Casa Castore C you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Casa Castore C is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a small private terrace, a shared garden and winter heating.
You will be roughly 800 meters (half a mile) from Lippiano, 4 km (roughly 4400 yards) from restaurants and from shops.
Casa Castore C is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a 50-meters (165-feet) walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 16 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Castore C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.
The complex is made up of five holiday apartments that once belonged to a farmhouse dating back to the XVI century. It is situated near the banks of a small torrent that marks the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
The complex, that is entirely fenced, is located in a hilly area, surrounded by the greenery of lawns and woods.
The historical centre of Lippiano, a small medieval village that is famous for its castle, is at roughly 800 meters away.
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and external showers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from the beginning of June until mid-September.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels).
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window. Here you will also find a safe.
