Casa Brea, Chiavari

Casa Brea is a characteristic independent house located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. From Casa Brea you will have a partial view of Chiavari and Gulf of Tigullio. Casa Brea is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Chiavari, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards) and the stop for ATP bus Chiavari - Leivi line at 250 meters (820 feet). You will reach Casa Brea from the parking area going down a private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 60 stairway steps. Because of the street below, some traffic and city noise can be heard.

For a succesful stay at Casa Brea we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two cars.

The garden is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and two deck chairs. From the garden you will have a partial view over the Gulf of Tigullio from Sestri Levante to Portofino.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include three sofas and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.50 meters (5 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has no windows.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
