Casa Bardila is a characteristic and welcoming three-story independent house. It sleeps five people. From Casa Bardila you will enjoy a broad view of the square and the nearest building and, partially, of the sea at a distance. Casa Bardila is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Baunei, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the local bus at 100 meters (330 feet) and the beach at 6 km (roughly 3.7 miles). You will reach Casa Bardila from the street level going up a public walkway that includes approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Bardila you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 20 meters (65 feet), along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the nearest building and, partially, of the sea at a distance.

The living room is paved with ancient wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are bright and agreeable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the two balconies overlooking the street below through three French doors.

The ceiling of the kitchen is sloped and is made of wood. It is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a terrace overlooking the street below and the nearest building.

The half-bath is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the main entrance hall through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the street below and of the other buildings.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the main entrance hall through an access area. It has a wrought iron single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has two double-glazed windows with a view of the street below and of the other buildings. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The third bedroom has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has two windows.
