Casa Allodola G is a welcoming apartment in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps four people. From Casa Allodola G you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Allodola G is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features two shared swimming pools, a shared patio, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Castelnuovo Berardenga, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away.

Casa Allodola G is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from Casa Allodola G going down approximately two stairway steps.

To stay at Casa Allodola G you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

Casa Allodola is part of a large complex, located in the village of Villa a Sesta.

The complex is divided into 3 separate villas consisting of apartments and rooms, it can accommodate up to 60 people.

Casa Allodola A, B and C are inside a large stone house. Casa Allodola D and E are located in the center of the village in a nineteenth century farmhouse behind the village church. Casa Allodola F and G are set inside an old stone villa near the swimming pools.

Inside the village you will find a typical Tuscan restaurant and a wine shop with hundreds of Chianti wines.

As guests of  Casa Allodola, on request and for a fee, you will be able to take part in wine tastings accompanied by cheeses, oil and other typical products of the Tuscan tradition, Tuscan cuisine courses and cyclotourism routes (with bike rental possibilities).

The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.

The above-ground swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills and of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).

The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a large window with a view of the patio.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The kitchen has no door. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has two small windows.

You will be able to access the mezzanine level from the living room climbing 13 steps. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The mezzanine has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has two small high windows.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
