Appartamento Icaro B is a welcoming two-story apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Appartamento Icaro B you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Appartamento Icaro B is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Principina a Mare, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 2.5 km (roughly 1.5 miles).

Appartamento Icaro B is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately 18 stairway steps.

To stay at Appartamento Icaro B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

Appartamento Icaro A and B are part of a big holiday complex which consist of approximately  34 apartments.

The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The parking space is suitable for one car.

The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window overlooking the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.

The second bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through two French doors. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
