Appartamento Enea, Rome

Appartamento Enea is an elegant and welcoming apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the Saint Peter's Basilica. It sleeps four people. It is approximately 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.

You will be in the center of Rome, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for ATAC bus line 116 at 250 meters (820 feet).

Appartamento Enea is located on the third floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 30 stairway steps. The building has no elevator.

You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Enea. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 250 meters (270 yards), for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the patio along an external stairway, climbing 12 steps. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, a sun lounger and an external shower. Here you will find also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet) at your disposal.

The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs.

The living room is paved with stone tiles. The furnishings are comfortable. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has two windows with a view of the street below and of the other buildings. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker.

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It has a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a pouffe which unfolds in a single beds. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
