An arch of beach that wraps around the Gulf of Baratti offers several zones at the foot of the promontory. There are sandy beaches below the hill, backed by green pines and foliage, and a mix of free beach and serviced beaches. One of the unique features is the presence of an archeological park right above the beach at the southern part of the cove. There are ruins right there! They are part of the Parco Archeologico di Baratti e Popolonia, also worth visiting.

The sand is fine and golden, the water clear and clean, and deepens gradually.
