Anna dei Sapori brings the flavors of the Cilento to you in an authentic way. First, the pasta is handmade in-house. The produce they use is from their own organic farm and from their neighbors' (also organic), and the olive oil is their own production, too. That means literally "zero kilometer" for most of their ingredients, the Italian way of saying "locally sourced". They're trained in celiac preparation and will gladly provide gluten-free meals in accordance with AIC. The wine list from the Cilento, too. Enjoy a meal "on the farm" as it were. Some outdoor tables available in the garden to enjoy the sea and hill breezes.
