Restaurant Opera et GustoDelicious Tuscan dishes accompanied by musical, dancing and theatrical representations. Opera et Gusto is located in the very centre of Florence. The restaurant offers a lovely experience: just after the aperitif, the lights get switched off and... the show begins! A red velvet curtain holds the whole restaurant, from the floor to the ceiling, in contrast with the totally back walls and minimal chic furnishings. The show usually starts at 8.30 pm and ends around 11.30 pm, when the restaurants turns into a open bar until 2 am. Reservation is mandatory.
