From 1974 the Restaurant Montecaruso proposes typical Lucane, Roman, and international recipes, home-made pasta, good selection of cheeses and salami from "Lucania".
The wine cellar offers the best selection of Italian wines, with much attention to the Lucani products, is wide the choice of distillates and liqueurs.
The three rooms of the restaurant can seat 50 people: 35 at dinner and 15 in a smaller room for wine, distillates and cheese tasting.
