The small church of St Martino is the only remain of the ancient abbey once located here. The Restaurant "La Cantina dell'Abbazia" offers a great selection of meat (angus, Chianina, lamb, sausages and chops, game), but also fresh fish to bake or cook with salt. The delicious fresh pasta comes every day from a small local "pastificio", and is used to make a few classical but great dishes, like "paccheri with sugo genovese". The managers strongly advice to be consulted instead of the menu, as the skilled chef always propose delicious dishes of the day à la carte.
Try the traditional "Scialatielli con sugo di coniglio alla Ciglianese", made using a special game which takes the name from the zone were the locals breed the so-called rabbots "da fossa".
