Restaurant FalalellaA nice innovation in the already rich gastronomic scene of Cetara: Restaurant "Falalella", the restaurant of the Hotel Cetus, the only hotel in town overlooking the sea at the entrance of the village. The environment is clean and simple,by the characteristic hand-made majolica from Vietri sul Mare. The wine list emphasizes wines of the Amalfi Coast, all of them, then the wines of Campania and some well known and recognized Italian wines. Here are some starters you may try: Symphony of swordfish and salmon marinated in yogurt sauce and chives; warm salad of octopus and potato; marinated anchovies and tuna; cuttlefish served on grilled marinated pumpkin scented with mint. Among the main courses, try the bi-color ravioli stuffed with sea bass with stewed squids... mmmh delicious! Simple dishes, made with sea produce, light in presentation and rich in flavor.
