This Tuscan recipe pairs two things they have in abundance - Chianti wine and pork - to create a simple but memorable dinner. It's popular all over Tuscany.

Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 1 glass of Chianti red wine
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 parsley sprig
- 1 pinch of fennel seeds (or rosemary branch, if you prefer)
- salt
- pepper

Directions:
Add salt and pepper to the pork chops, them put them in a pan with minced parsley, garlic and fennel seeds. Cook over a medium flame and when the chops become golden, drizzle on the wine. Finish the cooking over a low flame, covering the pan until the wine evaporates.
