At Torre Canne, if you're tired of fish, then this meat-fest place is just what you need. It is a butcher shop where you choose your meats and then they grill them for you on the spot, to your specifications. Very informal, and tucked away in a neighborhood, it's been in business since 1950. There are plastic tables and chairs outside under umbrellas. Don't expect much in the way of atmosphere, but the flavors and aromas of grilling meat will make your mouth water before the plates even arrive. A break from the "usual" seafood one finds in a waterfront town.
