• Just be sure to have a car.
• Everything was wonderful.
• If you're eating out, Lucignano is only 4 miles away, and has several wonderful places for dinner.

• We really enjoyed going to the nearby town of Lucignano in the evening to get dinner and walk around. It's small but after the craziness of Rome and Florence, it was a welcome respite.
• All the stores are closed on Sunday, so if you need groceries, go on Saturday.

• Montepulciano and Cortona were both beautiful. We loved the cafe near the railway station.
• The pizza oven works really well for home made pizzas.

• Be ready to be spoiled at the Casa, you will not want to leave.
• Beautiful trails to hike or cycle through, minutes from town, train station, local shopping and many things to see and do...
• Make sure you have a back up battery for your cameras, you will not be happy if you miss out on sceneries, the vineyards, the rolling hills etc!
• I loved every minute of it.
