Casa Manuelina, Porto Ercole

Casa Manuelina is a welcoming studio apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps two people. From Casa Manuelina you will have a view of the street below and of the other buildings. Casa Manuelina is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features winter heating.

You will be in the center of Porto Ercole, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the bus stop at 20 meters (65 feet) and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).

Casa Manuelina is located on the first floor in the main building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Manuelina. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

The furnishings of the living room are simple. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is in a rustic style, equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. The room has a large window with a view of the courtyard.

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the through a corridor.
